Seeing Mundane.

This is an immersive and thought-provoking project that stemmed from a university assignment, granting students the freedom to create a book on any subject. I wanted to capture the essence of the mundane; inviting viewers to appreciate the beauty in the ordinary and embrace a slower, more mindful approach to life. The book serves as a visual reminder to pause, reflect, and find inspiration in the often-overlooked details of our daily existence. Seeing Mundane is a collection of 160 meticulously curated images, each captured through the lens of a film camera, in a coffee-table book format. The deliberate choice of film photography was a conscious decision, allowing me to preserve the authenticity of each moment without any digital manipulation. The resulting photographs are unfiltered, raw, with intricate subtleties captured within each frame.
